Ear Infections BE GONE

Yesterday we had a second visit with the ENT.  Miss Eleanor will be getting tubes after multiple ear infections this year.  Or, as Garland says, she will be getting A tube.  :) The other discussion brought up by the ENT is whether or not to get her a soft band BAHA hearing aid.  He says yes, the audiologist says not necessary.  I am leaning towards yes because I don't want her to face any disadvantages in the classroom and in learning in general.  Eventually she would have one implanted into her skull but for now we are deciding on the soft band.  I'll keep you posted.
